This Privacy Policy explains how MagnetAI (“MagnetAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gomagnet.ai, book a demo, or use our AI marketing platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Your name, email, company, and anything you submit when you book a demo, contact us, or set up an account.
• Connected ad accounts. When you authorize a connection, we access the Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data needed to build, optimize, and publish campaigns on your behalf — for example campaign structures, performance metrics, and asset libraries. We act only within the scopes you approve.
• Brand & campaign content. URLs you provide, brand profiles we extract from your public pages, uploaded assets, and the creative and campaigns generated in your workspace.
• Usage data. Device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and product interactions, collected through cookies and analytics tools to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Build, optimize, and publish advertising campaigns in your connected accounts, subject to your approvals.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide support.
• Send service and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not train AI models on your data

Your brand profiles, campaigns, connected-account data, and uploaded assets are private to your workspace and are excluded from any AI model training. We use third-party AI providers to power generation features; data sent to them is processed only to perform the task you requested and is not used by us to train models.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and analytics services (such as Google Analytics, PostHog, and Umami) to understand how the Service is used and to measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, AI providers) under confidentiality obligations; advertising platforms (Google, Meta) as required to deliver the Service you request; and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@gomagnet.ai. You can disconnect a linked ad account at any time from your settings or by contacting us.

International users

We operate from the United States and may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
